Spacious 16m2 room close to Lochergut

We are looking for a joyous, health concious, preferably woman in her 30-40ies to join our "WG" / flat share in the amazing Lochergut area. Your spacious room is 16m2 with lovely high ceilings. The rent is CHF 800.-, includes: electricity, water and internet, excluded is: Serafe, heating costs and other irregular costs that might come up, we split them equally amongst each other. The current furniture can be taken over for a small cost (CHF 180.- for everything: bed frame, mattress, duvet, big wardrobe, desk, ...), but it is not a requirement. Available: 15. November or 1. Dezemeber 2026 (or somewhere in between by agreement) The building itself is a bit older, so no dishwasher, but we do have a very sunny balcony towards the courtyard with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes ripening in the summer. Let me be upfront, unfortunately, we don't have a living room, that's why the rent is cheap for the area. But the light-filled kitchen has a nook with a table and a few chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub :-) and there is a washer and tumbler in the cellar, that anyone can use at anytime (no dedicated days) with a special key that we have to top up (meaning the cost for washing is excluded in the rent). Several parks, a Coop (open till 10 pm), a pharmacy, bakeries, many, many cafés and restaurants are just around the corner. Our dream flatmate is a woman who knows who she is, with an appetite for life. You are open-minded, passionately curious, outdoorsy, empathic and a great communicator. You love deep conversations as much as dancing in the kitchen and a good laugh. Superficial conversations bore you. ;-) Growth mindset and (grounded) spirituality are things that you value, actively explore and love to discuss/exchange about. Ideally, you are so at peace with yourself and so free, that you don't look to alcohol or drugs to loosen up. ;-) The aim of the WG (flat share) is for it to feel more like friends living together. How we imagine living together: We are looking for someone who is more on the extroverted side, who loves to connect, go dancing, hiking, swimming, craft together and have deep conversations. Of course, we all also need and enjoy our own time and space. We are not a party house. And we are all adults, weekly cleaning is required (and we terminate leases of people who constantly have to be reminded to do their part). It's a predominately vegetarian, organic, non-smoking household, if shedules allow, we enjoy shared dinners. "Wochenaufenthalter", Swiss or foreigners are welcome. We are looking for someone long-term, you have to intend to stay for at least two years. Now a bit more about us: Verena, 45, from Germany, moved in on 1. November, so it's a new constellation for everyone. She is a very positive, creative, power woman who works at ZHdK and is just starting another masters in the field of historic preservation and construction history. She's into spirituality, health, dancing and culture (art exhibitions). I'm Jasmin, 40, Swiss. A passionate explorer, from humans, the psyche, to music and the beauty of nature. I love hiking and delight in waterfalls, magical forests and mountain lakes, as well as trying new things. On average, I'll see 1 to 2 concerts a week ;-) and I love dancing. I've turned my passion into my profession and work part-time as a coach from home as well as part-time in a nearby school. The last years have been heavily influenced by Taoism, somatic approaches, mindset work and training in communication and leadership skills. I could write so much more, but better to meet in person.
