I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished studio apartment in Zurich from December 16 to January 30.
The apartment is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from Laubegg tram station, offering excellent connections to Zurich city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, with the Uetliberg and several outdoor sports areas right nearby.
**Please note:** The sublet period is fixed from December 16 to January 30. Unfortunately, an extension or takeover as a main tenant is not possible, so please contact me only if you are interested in subletting.
Additionally, subtenants must meet the Woko rental criteria of being a student or PhD.
Please add that you are "interested in sublet" in the beginning of your message so that I would know we are on the same page that this is temporary arrangement.
**The Apartment**
The studio is modern, spacious, and bright, with a large bedroom window that lets in plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to move in and feel at home right away.
The apartment includes:
* Bed, mattress, pillow, and bed linen
* Desk, chair, and lamp
* Spacious wardrobe and bookshelf
* Three trash bins and three additional baskets (suitable for laundry or recycling)
* Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and essentials needed for cooking at home
All furniture, household items, and kitchen utensils are provided by the WOKO office as part of the rental agreement. They must remain in the apartment and be left in their original condition at the end of the sublet.
**Rent**
The total rent will be calculated based on the monthly rental price and the exact number of days of your stay.
**All utilities are included in the rent**, including:
* Heating
* Water
* Electricity
* Wi-Fi
(Use of laundry machines are excluded.)
