Das Zimmer hat ca. 14m2 und ist im Dachgeschoss. Das Bad teilt man auf dem Stock (also zu zweit). Sonst gibt es noch eine Küche und ein grosszügiges Ess-/Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten gibt es noch eine Garage, Parkplatz und einen grossen Keller, der als kleine Werkstatt umfunktioniert wurde. Zusätzlich hat es einen sehr grossen Garten, wo wir die letzten Jahre auch Gemüse angepflanzt haben. Wichtig ist noch zu erwähnen, dass das Haus leider abgerissen werden soll. Deshalb ist das Mietverhältnis vorerst bis zum 31. Januar 2028 befristet. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, dass die Verwaltung den Mietvertrag noch verlängert. Wir sind eine 4er-WG, die aktuell aus Sacha (28) und Silvan (30) besteht. Da uns leider zwei Mitbewohnerinnen verlassen, sind wir auf der Suche nach neuen WG-Gspänli, die frischen Wind in unsere WG bringen. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die Lust hat, aktiv am WG-Leben teilzunehmen. Ob man sich in der Küche verquatscht, zusammen einen Film schaut oder spontan eine Runde Squash spielen geht. The room is approximately 14 m², costs CHF 650 per month (excluding additional utility costs) and is located on the top floor in the house. The bathroom is shared with one other person on the same floor. There is also a kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. In addition, the property has a garage, a parking space and a large basement that has been converted into a small workshop. There is also a very large garden where we have been growing our own vegetables over the past few years. It is also important to mention that the building is unfortunately scheduled for demolition. For this reason, the tenancy is currently limited to a fixed term ending on January 31, 2028. However, there is a possibility that the management may extend the lease agreement. We are a shared of four, currently consisting of Sacha (28) and Silvan (30). Unfortunately, two of our flatmates are moving out, so we are looking for new persons who will bring some fresh energy into our home. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being an active part of shared flat life.
